The Service Provider: Smooth Relocations LLP Company number OC415897 with our registered office at 23 Bray Road , Guildford, Surrey, United Kingdom GU2 7LQ will here after be referred to as ‘The Company’. The Company is engaged in the provision of relocation assistance services. The contracting party: Acting on his own his/her own name and behalf, hereinafter referred to as “The Customer” Both Parties recognize each other as having mutual and reciprocal legal capacity as required for delivering and entering into these contract terms under the following. Description of Services as described in Packages we offer which can include: Searching and finding accommodation either rental or for purchase including booking viewings, accompanying Customers on viewings and offering unbiased and personal opinions on the properties and or areas visited. Assist with booking initial short term accommodation and assisting with transport arrangements. Assist with searching for schools, either private or state according to the individual needs of each family. General assistance and advice such as how and where to open a bank account, register for a GP, what is needed to be able to rent accommodation, how to get around and where to buy groceries and other much needed information Telephone, Skype and e-mail support to help with any queries the customer might have. Service Conditions: In order to initiate the services of the Company, the Customer must pay the amount shown on the relevant invoice accepting the service conditions as detailed in such document. The Company shall not be held liable for any expenses which, by virtue of the specific conditions of the relocation services, are to be directly paid by the Customer to a supplier or a lessor, such as lease fees, deposits or other securities for engaging the same; or other expenses of a similar nature. The Company offers our service based on experience and our advice is unbiased, but the final decision on the property, schools and other aspects related to the relocation is entirely up the the customer so the Company can not be held responsible for any problems that might arise. The Customer is responsible for reading and acknowledging all the relevant information and contract terms with regards to the property and / or schools and services. Cancellation Policies: Our relocation service shall not be subject to refund or transfer once contract conditions have been accepted. In case that the Customer chooses to cancel the selected lodging or if he/she finds another one by his/her own at a later stage, the Company shall not be in the obligation of refunding the cost of the service, being understood that the Company has fulfilled the intended purpose and carried out its duties adequately and sufficiently. Modification or cancellation of the service conditions regarding relocation from the point of arrival to the lodging place or selected destination should be notified at least 72 hours prior to service execution. Upon expiration of such period, the Company shall not make any refunds whatsoever of the amount corresponding to the above-mentioned service.
